At CarbonDriver, we provide official DTC homologation certificates for vehicle parts in Switzerland. These certificates are essential to ensure your modifications are fully legal and can be registered with the Cantonal Road Traffic Office.
How DTC Certificates Work
Each DTC certificate is linked to a specific part and priced accordingly. Because each vehicle and modification is unique:
If you are purchasing a new part from us, the corresponding DTC will automatically match the part.
If you already own the part, you cannot purchase a DTC directly on the website. Instead, you must contact us by email first.
This allows us to:
Confirm which DTC certificate is required for your part.
Verify that the part comes from one of our approved suppliers.
Ensure that all documentation is correct and compliant, so your registration process will be smooth and problem-free.
How to Request a DTC
When sending us an email, please include the following information:
Vehicle category (make, model, year, etc.)
A clear photo of the part you want to homologate
The original supplier of the part
Our team will review your information and confirm:
Which DTC certificate applies to your part
That your documentation and part meet all requirements
How to proceed with the purchase of the correct DTC
